Here you will find each character's moves. The delay represent how long you're character is immobile or recovers from the attack. The lower your delay, the lesser chance you'll have of getting countered or attacked after you complete your move. Whereas with a delay such as 3 or more, there is plenty of time for an enemy to run in and combo you, or worse, grab you.
