Mage Chaos Guide

-Written by Citizen

This guide covers the mage's different chaos moves and the techniques that you can use to go on some mad killing sprees.

Chaos Moves:

Projection 3 Way - Fires 3 Projections 10 degrees apart, forming a large "V" shape. This is by far the best and easiest of all the mage's chaos moves, and should be used as much as possible. Try to save your chaos mode activation until you can get within rage of a large group of foes and let loose.

Fire Ball 2 - Fires two Fire Balls that lock on quicker as well as fly faster than the normal lockable fire balls. This attack cannot be guarded against and causes knockdown. Because the balls fly faster, it makes them harder to dodge as well. Try only using FB2 when there are no targets in range for projection.

Prayer - Heals 30% of Party Members' life within 10 meters. I'd recommend using this once or twice if there arent any targets around when you get near to ending your chaos.

Big Defense Shield - Guards against non-Fire Slashes* and Ranged Attacks. Like most shielding in the game, this pretty much is pointless unless you're taking loads of ranged attacks.

Maps:

Deathmatch: As soon as you get chaos ability, check to make sure that the leading player isn't close to winning the match. Then, sneak up on as many targets as you can consolidate, and let loose. Try and cast projections as much as possible, cleaning up with FB2.

Team Deathmatch: At the begining of a new round for team deathmatch, try to get as many people as you can within your range and make sure that no one else on your team has used their chaos. If the conditions are right, go nuts and kill as many foes as you can. If there aren't any available targets, heal your party a bit.

Golem: Unless it's the last round, wait to use your chaos until the begining of a new round. As soon as it starts, rush down to the Golden Golem area and use your chaos. Most of your enemies will be crowding around the Golden Golem, so be sure to position your projections to hit both the golem and some foes. After you kill the golem, heal party once and haul ass to the enemy golem and finish the job.

Good luck and don't waste that chaos!
